Terms of Use

This website is provided for introductory information about SkyClub by Soter Aviation. It does not constitute a binding offer, aircraft charter contract, membership agreement, government agreement, airport operating agreement or regulatory approval.

Aircraft access

All aircraft access, flight support and private aviation services remain subject to aircraft availability, crew duty limits, airport rules, aviation regulations, insurance requirements, sanctions compliance, safety management systems and applicable government approvals.

Membership

Membership is selective and subject to approval, eligibility, operating capability, due diligence and final commercial documentation.

Imagery

Images may be indicative of the intended SkyClub atmosphere, aircraft standard and hospitality environment. Final assets should be verified, licensed or replaced prior to public launch.
